Why educators join
You arrive prepared. The learner arrives known.
We build the technology our network runs on, and we are extending it across every operation. Its purpose is simple: carry the preparation, the records and the paperwork, so your time goes to the learner in front of you.

- 01
A brief before your first lesson
Before you meet a new learner, you receive a personal learning brief written from what the learner, or whoever registered them, shared when they joined: their goals and their starting point.
- 02
A plan that stays current
Learning goals update from the notes you write after each session, so the next lesson always starts from where the last one ended.
- 03
Reports prepared for you
Our systems prepare the first draft of each monthly progress report, with a pacing diagnosis and a plan for the month ahead. A quality check scores every draft, and our education team stays accountable for each report. Your hours stay with teaching.
- 04
Feedback you can act on
Learner feedback reaches you rewritten into clear, specific points you can use in the next lesson. Anything that needs a conversation goes to our staff first.
- 05
A curriculum ready to teach
We write and maintain 480+ programmes across 12 fields of study at the centre, each with a clear level and audience, including future skills such as AI, coding and data. You bring the craft to a plan that is already built.
- 06
Learners who fit how you teach
Our matching weighs ten factors, including what you teach best, when you can teach and how well your profile fits the learner’s goals, so each class starts with a real reason to work together.
Teach where learners are
One application. Every place learning happens.
Eduspine connects educators with learners and with the schools, companies, course partners, local operations and learning venues that work with the network. One application puts you forward to all of it, and the same standard, plan and preparation go with you wherever the lesson takes place.
- Homes and online: one learner, one personal plan
- Partner schools: enrichment, exam preparation and languages in the school's own classrooms
- Companies: corporate training for teams, on the same method
- Learning venues: classes in coworking spaces and learning spaces near learners
- 01
At home and online
Personal lessons with one learner, planned, matched and measured the same way wherever they happen.
- 02
In partner schools
Enrichment, exam preparation, languages and future skills taught in the school’s own classrooms, with progress the school can see.
- 03
In companies
Corporate training in languages, professional skills and future skills, built on the same method of assessing, planning, matching and measuring.
- 04
In learning venues
Classes hosted in coworking spaces, learning spaces and venues close to where learners live and work.
How selection and teaching work
From application to every lesson, in six steps
Selection is layered, so every learner meets an educator ready for them. Then the same six-step rhythm carries every class you teach, and each month of growth feeds the next.
Apply
You tell us what you teach, the levels you work at and where you are based, and our educator team reviews your application.
Prepare
You add the verification documents set for the country you teach in, and you learn the teaching standard before you meet a learner.
Match
Our matching weighs ten factors, from subject fit and schedule to track record, to pair you with learners who fit how you teach.
Teach
A learner brief reaches you before the first lesson, and you lead every lesson with guided questions, wherever it takes place.
Record
Short notes after each session keep the plan current, and our systems draft the monthly progress report behind a quality check.
Grow
Learning goals update from your notes, and a monthly educator report shows your own growth, so the next lesson starts stronger.
The standard and the pathway
One teaching standard, built on learning science
Every class in the network is taught to the same standard, in 20+ countries and through 110+ local operations. It asks for the practices that research keeps finding in great teaching.
- 01
Start from the learner
Every learner begins with an assessment and a plan built around agreed goals. You teach from that starting point.
- 02
Teach for mastery
A concept is secure before the learner moves on. Monthly plans end with a mastery check, and depth comes first.
- 03
Let the learner think
Guided questions and productive struggle build lasting understanding. You judge how much help each learner needs, and leave the thinking to them.
- 04
Record every session
Short notes after each lesson keep the plan, the report and the learner up to date, and they give your next lesson its starting point.
The Educator Pathway
- 01
Guides for your craft
A library of educator guides inside the educator platform covers the standard, lesson practice and the tools you use every week.
- 02
A monthly view of your teaching
Each month brings an educator report on the same cycle as learner progress, so you can see your own growth over time.
- 03
A platform in your language
The educator platform runs in seven interface languages, with verification documents set for the country you teach in and sensitive documents stored encrypted.
The evidence we build on
Why the teacher matters even more in the age of AI
The research on learning keeps arriving at the same place: trained human educators produce the strongest results, and technology helps most when it equips them. These are the studies behind our model. Each figure belongs to the study that produced it.
People teaching people carries the strongest evidence.
After five years of post-pandemic research, the Stanford National Student Support Accelerator finds that "human-delivered tutoring has the strongest evidence base", and that students appear to use AI tutors more effectively "when a human is alongside to provide emotional and pedagogical support".
National Student Support Accelerator, Stanford, 2026Technology that guides the educator lifts the learner.
In a randomised trial with 900 tutors and 1,800 K-12 students, learners whose tutors had AI guidance were 4 percentage points more likely to master topics, and 9 points more for the students of lower-rated tutors. The tutors asked more guiding questions and gave away fewer answers. The study is a working paper awaiting peer review.
Wang, Demszky et al., Stanford, Tutor CoPilot, 2025Trained educators get the largest gains.
A meta-analysis of randomised tutoring experiments finds a pooled effect of 0.37 standard deviations, with stronger effects for teacher and paraprofessional tutors than for volunteer and parent tutors.
Nickow, Oreopoulos and Quan, NBER, 2020
Who we look for
Educators who want to teach at the frontier
We welcome educators from every background who know their subject deeply, care about the progress of each learner, and want to work where learning science and technology meet.
- 01
Subject specialists
School and university subjects, exam preparation, languages, music, the arts, professional skills and future skills such as AI, coding and data.
- 02
Experienced teachers and tutors
Classroom teachers, lecturers and tutors who want their experience to reach learners across a global network, with the preparation handled around them.
- 03
Educators who grow with evidence
People who read feedback as information, teach from a shared standard with pride, and keep refining their craft lesson after lesson.

A week in the network
What a teaching week looks like once the preparation is carried for you.
Most of the effort that surrounds a lesson is work our systems take on. That gives a typical week a clear, repeatable shape: you walk into each lesson already knowing the learner, you teach, you leave a few lines of notes, and the record builds itself around what you wrote.
Preparation already waiting in your account
Ahead of a first lesson, the learning brief is ready in your educator account, written from the details shared at enrolment. Returning learners arrive with goals already refreshed from your last notes, so planning comes down to choosing how you want to approach the session.
Lessons where your attention stays on the learner
You lead the lesson through guided questions and let the learner wrestle with a problem before you step in. Afterwards, a few lines on what was secured and what comes next update the learner goals, wherever the lesson took place.
Month end, with each report drafted
Our systems draft every learner's monthly progress report from your notes, complete with a pacing diagnosis, and each one passes a quality check for which our education team is answerable. Learner feedback reaches you as practical points, so the month closes with a clear view of what to keep and what to adjust.
Who thrives here
Many teaching backgrounds succeed in the network, each for its own reasons.
Educators come to us from classrooms, lecture halls, studios, training rooms and careers outside education. What unites them is deep knowledge of a subject and genuine care about whether each learner moves forward. These are the backgrounds we meet most often.
School teachers and university lecturers
Classroom teachers bring a feel for pacing and for checking understanding, while lecturers bring the depth our Advanced, Specialist and Professional levels call for. Whether they teach individually or in small classes, both find their learners already assessed, each with a personal plan in place.
Private tutors
Seasoned tutors already know how to build trust and adapt on the spot. What they gain is the structure around the lesson: matching that weighs ten factors, a curriculum built centrally and reports drafted on their behalf. Inside the lesson their independence stays intact, and the administration grows lighter.
Music, arts and language teachers
These teachers bring patience with practice and an ear for small steps forward. Their learners might be a child picking up a first instrument or an adult adding a language for work abroad, and our programmes give that growth clear stages and checkpoints the learner can see.
Coaches and professionals teaching their field
Sports coaches, engineers, designers, programmers and accountants teach the work they do every day. Learners trust their practical judgement, and many also deliver corporate training for companies. Our method turns what they know from the job into a plan a learner can follow step by step.
From form to first learner
The route from your application to your first lesson, stage by stage.
Recruitment stays open all year, so you can begin whenever you feel ready. Each stage below shows what you do and what the network does alongside you. How quickly each one moves depends on your country, your subjects and the learners looking for an educator like you.
- 01
Send the short form
The form asks for your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country of residence and the subjects you teach, with space for an optional note about yourself. Nothing at any stage asks you to pay. Once sent, your application goes to the educator team that handles applications for the whole network.
- 02
Open your educator account
An email follows with a link for creating your educator account. There you expand on your subjects and set out your levels, the curricula you know and where you are able to teach. Give this profile real care, because matching later weighs how closely it fits each learner's goals.
- 03
Add your verification documents
Your account lists the verification documents required in the country where you teach. You upload them there, with sensitive files kept under encryption, and our team reviews each one carefully before you are put forward to any new learner.
- 04
Meet your first learner
Once you have studied the teaching standard and the educator guides, you become available for matching. When a learner's needs fit your profile, the local operation arranges the lessons and the learning brief reaches you ahead of the first one, so you start already knowing the learner.
Growing as an educator
How your teaching keeps developing the longer you work with us.
Growth here rests on evidence about your own teaching, gathered steadily and handed back to you in a shape you can act on. Over time it sharpens your skill, gives you a clearer view of your strengths and opens a wider range of places to teach.
Guides and a monthly mirror
Educators return to the guides library whenever they take on a new subject, age range or setting. Beside it sits a monthly educator report, timed to the same rhythm as learner progress reports, and read across several months it shows which habits are worth keeping and where a small change would help.
Feedback that compounds
Learner feedback arrives as usable points, and your session notes show how each learner responded. Together they form a quiet loop: you try something, see its effect and refine it. Over many months that loop adds up to noticeably stronger lessons.
Wider places to teach as experience builds
Many educators begin with personal lessons at home or online. As your record grows, the same profile can put you forward for teaching on school and university campuses, corporate training inside companies and classes at learning venues, according to what each local operation needs.
Support and protection
How the network looks after the educators who carry it.
Everything we do rests on our educators, so we take real care over how they are supported day to day and how their information and working relationships are protected, wherever they teach and whichever local operation arranges their lessons.
A WhatsApp message line for educators
Tutors already teaching with us, and applicants partway through the process, can write on a dedicated WhatsApp message line with quick questions about an application, an account or a lesson arrangement. It takes written messages only, and each one reaches the team that looks after educators.
Your documents, kept encrypted
The checks differ from one country to the next, so you provide only what applies where you teach. Sensitive files are encrypted in storage, which protects your identity and gives every learner, and whoever registered them, confidence that the educator they meet has been checked.
Staff who handle the hard conversations
Learner comments reach you rewritten into clear points you can act on. When a comment calls for a proper conversation, our staff take it up first and bring you in with the context gathered, which keeps difficult moments calm and fair.
A match changed when it does not fit
When a pairing does not work, for reasons on either side, the local operation arranges a new match. The learner receives a replacement educator at no extra cost, and you are considered for learners who suit your approach better, so both sides move on well.

Questions
Before you apply
Does it cost anything to apply?
Applying is free. The form asks for your name, email address, phone number and subjects, and it never asks for payment information.
What happens after I submit the form?
We email you a link to set up your Eduspine educator account, where you add your full teaching details, complete verification and continue the Educator Pathway.
What does the technology do for me as an educator?
It carries the work around the lesson. You receive a learner brief before the first lesson, learning goals update from your session notes, our systems draft each monthly progress report behind a quality gate with our education team accountable for it, and learner feedback reaches you in a form you can act on. We are extending this shared technology across the network.
Will AI replace the educator?
Our model puts the educator at the centre. Research finds the strongest results when trained educators teach and technology equips them, so we build our systems to prepare, record and measure, and our educators own the judgment, the relationship and the lesson.
Which subjects can I apply to teach?
Any subject you teach well. Our programmes number 480+ across 12 fields of study: Academic, Languages, Music, Technology, Test Preparation, Arts, Sports, Religion, Business & Professional, Communication, Hobby & Lifestyle and Culinary.
Can I name more than one subject?
Yes. List every subject you teach in the subjects field, separated by commas, and add any detail about levels or curricula in the optional note.
Where would I teach?
Our network runs in 20+ countries through 110+ local operations, and lessons take place at home, online, in partner schools, in companies and in learning venues. Add where you are based in the optional note, and we will consider you for the operations closest to you.
Who is Eduspine?
Eduspine is the education enabler: a global network that connects educators, learners, schools, companies and learning spaces through one standard and shared technology. It works in 20+ countries, and educators are at the heart of it. We write the curriculum, set the educator standard and build the systems every class runs on.
Do I need teaching experience to apply?
Deep subject knowledge and care for each learner's progress matter most. Many educators arrive from classrooms or tutoring, and many professionals teach the field they work in. The teaching standard and educator guides prepare you for the way we teach, whatever your starting point.
Will I teach online or in person?
Both are possible. Lessons take place in learners' homes, online, on school and university campuses, inside companies and at learning venues. You record in your account where you are able to teach, and the local operation arranges lessons that fit those preferences and your subjects.
How many hours will I teach?
Your hours follow the matches made for you, so they vary from one educator to another. You set your availability in your account, and schedule is one of the ten factors our matching weighs, so generous availability and a well described profile give matching more to work with.
Which languages does the educator platform run in?
The educator platform offers seven interface languages, so you can work in whichever feels most comfortable. Lessons are taught in the language the learner and the programme call for, which you describe in your profile so matching can take it into account.
