Where every lesson begins

One educator beside one learner, with the whole network behind them.

Matching, the learning brief, the plan and the monthly report all exist to give this hour more.

Who we enable

Educators at the heart, and everyone who makes learning happen around them.

Learning happens when the right educator, the right learner and the right place meet. We bring together 72,000+ educators, the learners they teach, and the schools, companies, course partners, local partners and learning venues who work with us, through one method, one standard and shared technology.

The heart of the network

Educators

A learner matched to how they teach, a learning brief before the first lesson, a plan that stays current and reports prepared for them. One application opens teaching at home, online, in schools, in companies and in learning venues across the network.

They bring: Their judgment, their relationship with each learner, and the teaching itself.

Learners

Personal learning led by the right educator and measured as they grow, in the place that suits them: at home, online, at school, at work or in a learning space nearby.

They bring: Their goals, their time and their trust. Every other participant is here for them.

Schools and universities

Educators, programmes and the method brought into their own classrooms, from enrichment and exam preparation to languages, AI, coding and robotics, with progress the school can see.

They bring: Their learners, their classrooms, their academic calendar and a long relationship with the communities they serve.

Companies

Corporate training built on the same method: an assessment of where each person starts, a plan, the right educator and measured progress in languages, professional skills and future skills.

They bring: Their teams, their skills goals and a workplace where learning can happen.

Course and content partners

A network of educators and learners for their programmes, with a teaching method and a quality standard their content is taught with.

They bring: Programmes, materials and expertise that widen the curriculum.

Local partners

The method, the curriculum, the educator standard, the shared technology and the quality system, so a local operation teaches to the same standard as every other in the network.

They bring: Knowledge of their community and language, local teams, and the learners they serve.

Learning venues

Classes and a community of learners that come to their space, close to where people live and work.

They bring: Rooms, desks and a welcoming front desk in the neighbourhoods where learners are.

Shared technology connects every participant.Matching, learning briefs, learning plans and progress reports give everyone in the network the same picture of each learner.

Why learning must change

The world is learning less at the moment it needs to learn more.

Scores in reading and maths have stalled or kept falling in many countries, while the skills every worker needs keep shifting. The evidence points to personal teaching by a great educator, amplified by technology built on learning science and brought to every place where people learn: homes, schools, workplaces and the spaces in between.

28 points

Fall in average reading scores across the OECD, 2015 to 2025

Maths fell 22 points over the same decade, and 20% of 15-year-olds are now low performers in all three PISA subjects, up from 16% in 2022. The trend varies by country, and the direction across the OECD is clear.

39%

Share of workers’ existing skill sets expected to be transformed or outdated, 2025 to 2030

If the world’s workforce were 100 people, 59 would need training by 2030, and curiosity and lifelong learning keep rising in importance. Learning now continues across a whole working life.

“If we get this right, AI becomes a scaffold [...] And education remains what it has always been at its best: a human endeavour, powered by judgment, relationships and trust.”

OECD, PISA 2025 Results (Volume I), Foreword, 2026We agree, and we build the whole network for it.

How every learner is taught

Every learner, known. Six steps, wherever the lesson takes place.

Personal learning is the core of our method, and every partner teaches with it, at home, online, in a school, in a company or in a learning venue. Each learner is assessed, planned for, matched to the right educator and measured as they grow, and the plan keeps moving with them.

  1. Assess

Every learner begins with a placement and a conversation about goals, so teaching starts from where they truly are.

  2. Plan

We build a personal learning plan around agreed goals, with mastery checkpoints along the way.

  3. Match

We choose the educator through matching that weighs ten factors, from subject fit and schedule to track record.

  4. Teach

The educator leads every lesson with guided questions and productive struggle, and moves on once the learner has mastered the step.

  5. Measure

Progress is recorded after every session and brought together in a report each month.

  6. Adjust

Learning goals update from real session notes, so the plan moves as the learner moves.

Technology around the lesson

Our systems do the work around the lesson, so educators can give the lesson everything.

We build the technology our network runs on, and we build it on learning science. It prepares, matches and measures, and it leaves the teaching, the judgment and the relationship with the educator.

An educator and a learner at one table. Around them sit four systems. Matching and the learning brief arrive before the lesson, the session takes place, and afterwards the session notes travel out to the learning goals and the monthly progress report.

Matching across ten factors

Our matching weighs ten factors, including subject fit, schedule, distance, track record and how well an educator’s profile fits the learner’s goals, so every learner starts with the right educator.

A learning brief before the first lesson

Each educator receives a personal brief on the learner, written from their enrolment details, so the first lesson already knows who it is for.

Learning goals that keep up

Goals update from the educator’s own session notes, so the plan stays current with what actually happened in class.

Monthly progress, written for its reader

Each month brings a progress report adapted to whoever reads it, from an adult learner to a teenager or a parent, with a pacing diagnosis and a plan for the month ahead.

Our education team stays accountable for every report.

This is the shared technology our network runs on, and we are extending it across the network step by step, so schools, companies and local operations work from the same picture of each learner.

The evidence we build on

Research keeps arriving at the same place: great teachers, well equipped.

These findings belong to the studies that produced them. They shape how we design the method, the technology around it and every partnership we build.

+4 points

More likely to master topics when tutors had AI guidance

In the first randomised trial of a human-AI system in live tutoring, with 900 tutors and 1,800 K-12 students from under-served communities, the gain rose to 9 points for students of lower-rated tutors. Tutors asked more guiding questions and gave away fewer answers. The study is a working paper awaiting peer review.

Technology lifts learning most when it equips the teacher.

0.37 SD

Pooled effect of tutoring across randomised experiments

A meta-analysis of randomised tutoring experiments found consistent, substantial gains, and with stronger effects for teacher and paraprofessional tutors than for volunteer and parent tutors.

Where learning happens

One standard, in every place people learn.

Quality travels across countries and across places. 110+ local operations in 20+ countries teach to the same method and the same educator standard, whether the lesson happens in a home, a classroom, an office or a coworking room.

  • At home and online

A personal plan and the right educator, wherever the learner is.

  • In schools and universities

Programmes and educators inside the classrooms learners already know.

  • In companies

Corporate training for teams, measured the same way as every class.

  • In learning venues

Coworking spaces and learning spaces close to where people live and work.

20+ countries joined in one network, with 110+ local operations teaching to one standard.

Who we are

An education network that has taught across borders since 2013.

Eduspine is a global education network, run from Singapore and present in 20+ countries across Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Our daily work has three strands: we design how learning should happen, hold every class to that design, and give educators tools that return their hours to teaching.

  • A centre that designs, a network that teaches

In Singapore, our teams author the curriculum, define what we expect of every educator, build the shared technology and keep watch over quality in every country. The teaching itself is organised country by country, by a local operation that knows its learners, its language and its streets. That division keeps decisions close to the learner, while one standard travels wherever the Eduspine name appears.

  • What the network does every day

On any given day, new learners are assessed and given a plan, educators are matched on ten factors, learning briefs go out ahead of first lessons, session notes refresh learning goals, and monthly reports are prepared and checked by our education team. Most of it happens quietly around the lesson.

  • What we leave to the educator

How a lesson opens, which question comes next and the moment a learner has mastered enough to go further are all the educator's calls. We supply a brief, a plan and a report. The relationship with the learner and the craft of teaching belong to them, and every system we build protects that time.

How the network fits together

Three parts that depend on one another to teach each learner well.

Eduspine works as one structure resting on three load-bearing parts. A centre designs and holds the standard, local operations run teaching in their communities, and partners bring learners and places. Each part gives the other two their reach, and all three share one understanding of the person being taught.

  • The centre holds the design

Our central teams shape the curriculum, write the six-step method and fix the verification documents each country requires before an educator teaches. The shared technology is built there too, which gives a newly opened local operation the same tools used by one that has taught for years.

  • Local operations run the teaching

We have 110+ local operations, each led from within its own community. They arrange lessons, know the neighbourhoods where learners live, speak the local languages and stay close to nearby educators. Because they teach with the central method and report through shared systems, a learner in one country receives the same care as a learner several borders away.

  • Partners bring learners and places

270+ partner organisations work with the network, among them 110+ schools and learning institutions, 30+ corporate training clients, 60+ learning venues and 50+ course and content partners. Schools open their classrooms, companies bring their teams, our course partners widen the catalogue, and venues offer rooms close to home and work.

Our commitments

What every participant can count on, wherever they meet the network.

A learner in a living room, an employee in a meeting room and a pupil in a school library all receive the same care. These four commitments hold in each of our countries and in every setting where lessons take place, and they form the floor every local operation keeps to.

  • One standard in every country

Our method, our curriculum and our expectations of educators stay identical across all 20+ countries. A learner who moves from one city to another, or a company training staff in several countries, meets the same steps, the same checkpoints and the same demands on the educator at every location.

  • A plan written for the person learning

Each learner starts out by taking a placement and talking through what they hope to achieve. From there we write a personal learning plan with mastery checkpoints, so progress is measured against that learner's own goals. The plan belongs to them, and it changes whenever their goals change.

  • A report every month

Progress is recorded after each session, and once a month it comes together in a report shaped for the person reading it, complete with a pacing diagnosis. A quality check stands between every report and its reader, and our education team is accountable for what each one says.

  • A new educator when the match is wrong

Matching weighs ten factors, and once in a while a pairing still does not suit the learner. When that happens, a new educator takes over at no extra cost. This is a standing promise of the network, and it holds in every country we serve.

How our teaching has grown

Years of teaching have reshaped how each lesson is prepared and followed.

Since 2013, the network has grown in countries and in people, and the deeper change has taken place around the lesson itself. Each stage below added something to the moment an educator sits down with a learner, and each kept the educator in the lead.

  1. 01

    Matching on ten factors

As the network widened, pairing a learner with an educator by subject alone stopped being enough. Matching now weighs ten factors, among them schedule, distance, the educator's track record and how closely their profile fits the learner's goals, so every first lesson begins with a pairing chosen for that particular learner.

  2. 02

    Preparation before the first lesson

Next, we moved preparation earlier. Ahead of the opening session, the educator receives a learning brief drawn up from the enrolment details, while the learner app offers a placement test whose result points to a suitable level. That first hour begins with knowledge of the learner already in hand.

  3. 03

    Plans that follow the sessions

Learning goals began to update from the educator's own session notes, and learner feedback started arriving as usable points for the educator. The plan became a living record of what happened in class, so each new lesson could pick up from the precise point its predecessor reached.

  4. 04

    Reports and support for educators

Monthly progress reports, adapted to each reader and checked for quality, joined the system. Alongside them came a monthly educator report, a growing collection of guides for educators and an educator platform offered in seven interface languages. We roll these tools out to local operations in stages, until every one of them works from the same foundation.

Curriculum from the centre

One curriculum, designed centrally and taught to the same depth everywhere.

Our 480+ programmes span 12 fields, and our central teams design each one so that any local operation can teach it. Learners always know where they stand on the scale, and educators know what mastery looks like before a class advances.

  • Five levels of depth

Every programme sits on one scale: Foundation, Core, Advanced, Specialist and Professional. A child learning to read and a professional preparing for a specialist role describe their progress in the same terms, and a mastery checkpoint closes each stage before the next one opens.

  • International syllabuses, prepared independently

Wherever an international syllabus has been published for a programme, our teaching follows it. Exam boards are third parties, and our preparation for their examinations is entirely our own, carried out with no affiliation to any board. The syllabus guides the teaching, and the learner sits the exam on their own merit.

  • Future skills on the same scale

We teach AI at three levels, along with Python, data, coding for children and robotics, using the same method as languages and school subjects. These skills share the same depth scale, which lets a young learner and an adult each begin exactly where they are.

Questions newcomers ask

Answers for anyone meeting Eduspine for the first time.

Many people reach this page after searching for our name or reading about us in an AI answer. These are the questions they ask most often when they want to understand what kind of organisation we are and which part of the network they should contact.

Who runs the lessons day to day?
In each country, a local operation arranges lessons and stays in touch with both the learner and the educator. Our central teams design our method, curriculum and technology, and keep watch over quality across the whole network. Each lesson is led by its educator, and every class follows one standard.
Can I enrol a learner or pay through this website?
This website takes no enrolments and accepts no payments. It is the corporate home of the network, written for partners, educators, journalists and researchers. Lessons are organised by our local operation in the learner's own country. Messages sent through a form reach the right team, which replies by email.
How do I reach the right team?
Each kind of enquiry has its own mailbox. Partnerships go to partners@eduspine.com, media questions to press@eduspine.com, careers to careers@eduspine.com and everything else to hello@eduspine.com. Anyone hoping to teach with us applies through the educator application, then receives an email with a link to create an educator account.
How does the network treat learner data?
We collect what teaching needs and use it for that teaching: preparing each learner's lessons, following their progress and shaping their reports. Each country has its own defined set of verification documents for educators, and every sensitive document we hold is kept in encrypted storage. Our education team is accountable for every progress report the network sends.
How can I verify Eduspine's company details?
We provide company details on request. Send a note to partners@eduspine.com explaining the purpose of your review, whether you are a prospective partner, a payment reviewer or an institution completing due diligence, and our partnerships team will reply by email with the information you need.
