About these terms

eduspine.com is the corporate website of Eduspine (“we”, “us”, “our”), the company at the centre of a global education network that works in 20+ countries. Partners and reviewers who need our company registration details receive them from us in writing on request at hello@eduspine.com.

By using this website, or by sending us a message or an application through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

02

What this website is for

This website presents Eduspine: who we are, how our network works, the curriculum we write, The Future of Learning, and the ways to work with us as an educator, a partner, a colleague, or a member of the press.

Lessons across our network are taught by the local operations in each country. Each of them arranges lessons directly with learners and families under its own terms. This website takes no bookings and no payments, and none of its forms asks for payment or card details.

The curriculum pages describe the programmes our network teaches, for information. Their availability, format, and fees are set by the local operation that teaches them.

03

Words used in these terms

  • Website. eduspine.com and the pages and forms served from it.
  • Network. Eduspine together with the local operations that teach under our curriculum and standards.
  • Local operation. A teaching operation in the Eduspine network that teaches learners in its own country.
  • You. Anyone who visits the website or sends us something through it.
04

Messages and applications

The website has two forms.

  • Contact form. For general questions, partnership enquiries, press and media requests, and interest in working at Eduspine. The right team replies by email, at the address you gave.
  • Educator application. For educators who want to teach across our network. After you apply, we email you a link to set up an educator account, and our educator team reviews your application.

Sending a message or an application creates no contract and no obligation on either side. A partnership, an employment offer, or a teaching engagement exists only once it is agreed in a separate written document.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the forms. What you send must be true and your own, or sent with the permission of the person it describes.

05

Using the website fairly

You may not use the website to break the law, to send spam or automated submissions, to impersonate another person or organisation, to probe or interfere with the website or the systems behind it, or to collect information about other people.

06

Content and brand assets

The website, its text, its design, our curriculum descriptions, and the Eduspine name and logo belong to Eduspine or to those who license them to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference.

Journalists and partners may use the logos and brand files we publish for the press to refer to Eduspine accurately, without changing them and without suggesting an endorsement we have not given. Any other use needs our written permission, which you can ask for at hello@eduspine.com.

08

Personal information

How we collect, use, share, and keep personal information sent through the website is described in our Privacy Policy.

09

Responsibility and liability

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current. It is general information about Eduspine and our network, and it may change as the network grows. Please check with us before relying on it for a decision.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from the use of this website or from its being unavailable, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud.

10

Questions and disputes

If something about the website concerns you, please write to hello@eduspine.com first. We will try in good faith to settle the matter with you within 30 days of your message.

A written agreement with Eduspine, such as a partnership agreement, states the law that governs it and the forum for disputes about it. If you are a consumer, the law of the country where you live may give you rights that these terms cannot remove, and those rights continue to apply to you.

11

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website changes. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version published on the day you use the website is the one that applies.
