Careers at the education enabler

Build the future of teaching with us.

We are redesigning how the world teaches, and building the network that enables it. Great human educators sit at its heart, equipped with technology built on learning science, and around them we connect learners, schools, companies, course partners, local partners and learning venues in 20+ countries. The teams at our centre build that whole system, from the technology and the curriculum to the teaching standard and the partnerships.

Apply as an educator

Our view

The teacher is the most advanced technology in education.

The research keeps arriving at the same place. Personal teaching by a trained educator is among the most reliably effective things education has ever tested, and technology raises learning when it is built on pedagogy and guided by a teacher. So we build systems that know each learner, prepare every lesson and measure every step, and we give educators the time to do what only they can: judge, explain, encourage and care.

Learning happens when the right educator, the right learner and the right place meet. That is why we also work with schools, companies, course partners, local partners and the spaces where people learn, with our educators at the heart of each partnership. If you want to work where learning science, product and partnership meet, this is the place.

The evidence we build on

In a randomised trial of AI guidance in live tutoring, with 900 tutors and 1,800 K-12 students, students whose tutors had the guidance were 4 percentage points more likely to master topics, and students of lower-rated tutors “experienced the greatest benefit, improving mastery by 9 p.p.”

Our teams

Five teams build the centre of the network.

Educators teach the classes, local operations run them, and partners open their classrooms, workplaces and spaces to them. The centre gives all of them the method, the curriculum, the teaching standard, the partnerships and the technology, and each team owns one part of that for the whole network. Technology comes first here because it carries the work around every lesson.

Choose a team

Every team at the centre builds for a part of the network, and together they reach all of it.

  • Learners
  • Schools
  • Companies
  • Course partners
  • Local partners
  • Learning venues

    Technology

Builds the systems that carry the preparation, records and reports around each lesson, so educators can spend their time on the learner.

Works with Every participant in the network

What the team has shipped and runs

    • Matching across ten factors, including subject fit, schedule, distance and track record
    • Learning briefs written for each educator before the first lesson, and learning goals that update from real session notes
    • Monthly progress reports drafted by our systems behind a quality gate, with our education team accountable for each one
    • Continuity signals that help teams step in before a class loses its rhythm
    • An educator platform in seven interface languages, with verification set per jurisdiction and sensitive documents encrypted
    • Extending all of it across the network, while protecting the personal data of learners and educators
    BuildingSpeaking and pronunciation assessment
  • 02

    Partnerships

Brings great educators and personal learning to the schools, companies, programmes, communities and spaces that work with us.

    • Shape programmes and learning plans with schools and universities, inside their own classrooms and calendars
    • Build corporate training with companies: a starting assessment for each person, a plan, the right educator and measured progress
    • Welcome course and content partners whose programmes widen the curriculum and can be taught to our standard
    • Work with local partners and operators who run the network in their own communities
    • Partner with coworking spaces, learning spaces and venue providers, so classes take place close to where learners live and work

Works with Schools, Companies, Course partners, Local partners, Learning venues

  • 03

    Curriculum and learning science

    • Design programmes across school subjects, languages, the arts, professional skills and future skills such as artificial intelligence, coding and data
    • Build mastery checkpoints into every programme, so a learner moves on when they are ready
    • Shape programme families for schools and for corporate training, and teach partner content to the same standard
    • Follow the research on tutoring, mastery and artificial intelligence in learning, and turn it into principles our educators use

Works with Educators, Learners, Schools, Companies, Course partners

  • 04

    Works with Educators, Learners

  • 05

    Network operations

Keeps every local operation and every place of learning running the method to one standard.

    • Support local operations with the operating practices and measures the network already runs on
    • Help classes run smoothly in partner schools, companies and learning venues
    • Spot what works in one country and bring it to the others
    • Help new operations launch and grow with confidence

Works with Educators, Learners, Local partners, Learning venues

Where your work lands

Your work reaches every place learning happens.

Learners learn at home and online, and they also learn in classrooms, in offices and in rooms a short walk from where they live. One standard holds in every one of those places, and the systems, programmes and partnerships you build at the centre are what carry it there.

  • Schools and universities

Educators, programmes and the method brought into classrooms, with progress the school can see.

  • Companies

Corporate training built like personal learning: a starting point, a plan, the right educator and measured progress.

  • Learning venues

Coworking spaces, learning spaces and venue providers that host classes close to where learners live and work.

  • Course and content partners

Programmes from specialists, taught with our method and held to one standard across the network.

How we work

Evidence, human review and one standard.

Our teams work across countries and time zones, in writing first, toward goals set at the centre and shared with every partner. Three habits hold that work together.

  • Indonesia
  • Singapore
  • Malaysia
  • Philippines
  • Thailand
  • India
  • United Arab Emirates
  • Saudi Arabia
  • Qatar
  • Egypt
  • Kenya

  • 01

    Evidence decides

We adopt a tool or a practice when the evidence says it deepens learning. We read the research, try the change in real classes, measure what moves, and keep what works.

  • 02

    People own the judgment

Our systems prepare, match and measure, and people stay accountable for what reaches a learner. A progress report shows how: a quality check scores every draft, and our education team answers for every report.

  • 03

    One standard

We build for the whole network, write our work down so every operation and partner can use it, and hold every class to the same standard, in every country and every place we teach.
